Vendor registration is open now through Friday, May 9, 2025 and applications are being accepted for Food Court vendors until Friday, April 4, 2025!  Sponsorship opportunities are also available.

All participating vendors will be given the option for priority registration for Faire on the Square 2025 scheduled for September 13, 2025.  A registration link with password will be emailed directly to vendors one week before registration opens to the public this spring.

Parade Registration

LGBTQIA+ centered groups/organizations, supporters and allies are encouraged to register to march in the Pride parade on Sunday, June 1, 2025.  The parade begins at noon and will start at the temporary Watertown High School at Moxley (on Westminster Ave) and lead to Saltonstall Park.  Staging for the parade will begin at 11am in the high school parking lot.  Participants are welcome to bring a banner or signage to hold for the parade.  Please add the email address for a point of contact to receive additional information leading up to the event date.  Registration closes on Friday, May 23, 2025 at 5pm.

Non-Profit Vendor Booth (inside Watertown)

One ticket in this category reserves one non-profit booth at Watertown Pride 2025 for organizations with a Watertown mailing address.  Non-Profit booths are considered resource-based or informational.  No selling of any products or services may take place at a non-profit booth. 

Each booth is allotted 10 feet by 10 feet and all spaces will be assigned.  Only one booth can be registered per non-profit. 

You will have the option during checkout to purchase a furniture upgrade that includes one 6-foot table and two chairs at your booth for an additional $20.  All other materials, including a pop-up tent and signage (if desired), must be brought by the vendor.  Pop-up tents must be secured with weights, not stakes.  All vendors will receive their assigned booth location at the welcome tent on the morning of the event beginning at 10am.  More information will be sent via email prior to the event date.

During the checkout process, all vendors will need to acknowledge that any promotional and/or giveaway items are appropriate for all ages.  Only individually pre-packaged and shelf-stable food items may be given away at vendor booths (no perishable food items permitted).

Shout-Out Board

Open to the public!

Submit your order for a Shout-Out board to be displayed at Saltonstall Park during Watertown Pride 2025 on June 1st.  Each message will be printed on a 24 by 18 inch corrugated yard sign and will be yours to keep following the event. 

Price per message board: $50

Specifications: Text only up to 75 characters (with optional QR code)

All boards will be printed one-sided with a colorful border and include the Watertown Pride logo.

Orders for Shout-Out boards must be received by May 1, 2025 to allow time for the full batch to be formatted and printed. 

If you are printing a quantity of more than one and would like to pick up to display at your residence or place of business, please indicate so in the field below and we will contact you by email once the signs are ready.

Event Day Banner

Sponsor-provided banner will be displayed along the backstop fence at Saltonstall for the duration of the June 1, 2025 community event.

  • Sponsors will provide a banner not to exceed 3 by 6 feet in size. 
  • Banners must include grommets to be installed on the fence.
  • All banners will be installed in random order at the same level.
  • Arrangements will be made by City Events Team to acquire banners the week leading up to the event to be installed.

About the project: Wooden flowers will be available for members of the community to decorate.  Finished artwork will be installed on the outfield fence at Saltonstall Park for the duration of the summer.
