This is a family friendly event and open to all ages.
REGISTRATION
Vendor registration will open beginning in February. Non-profits, community groups and businesses that are owned by, primarily serve, and/or support the LGBTQ+ community are encouraged to register for a booth. If paying my check, it must be received within 10 business days to confirm participation as a vendor. Checks can be dropped off or mailed to the Watertown Events Team at 440 Talcott Avenue, Watertown, MA 02472.
REFUND POLICY
All registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable.
CANCELLATION POLICY
The City reserves the right to cancel the event due to severe inclement weather or other conditions that are not conducive to holding an outdoor event that could pose safety risks to the public. In this case, all sales are still considered final.
WHAT TO BRING (VENDORS)
Vendors have the option to purchase a furniture upgrade for one table and two folding chairs to be rented for the day at their booth. All necessary items, signage, and equipment needed must be brought by the vendor. Please note that tents must be secured using weights (stakes are not permitted). Everything must fit in your allotted 10x10' vendor space with no bump outs.
